Our Specialized Services include:

Contingency Searches. To identify, quality and refer candidates based on specific job descriptions listed with our company. Client and ASA will sign a fee agreement, which fee is due and payable only after a successful hire.
Executive/Retained Search. To recruit professional candidates from a specific industry or discipline based on specifications required by the client. Client and ASA to sign a contract containing amount of retainer, time frame to complete search, hiring and interview processes as well as on-site conferences. Contract may include reimbursement for expenses.
